NAIC Continues its Evaluation of Insurers’ Use of Big Data . The NAIC is also considering insurers’ use of big data in underwriting life insurance products. The Task Force aims to complete the white paper by the fall of 2018. NAIC Continues Working to Develop a Group Capital Calculation.

The new committee would continue the work of the task force and would oversee a variety of workstreams relating to big data, artificial intelligence, e-commerce, cybersecurity, and data ownership, among others.
